1. Introduction

Welcome to Gourmet Delights. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and dining experiences at our restaurant located at 555 Golden Gate Ave, San Francisco, CA 94102. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or dining at our restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone at (415) 555-1212, or via email at [email protected]. All reservations are subject to availability.

• Confirmation: Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or verbal confirmation from our staff.
• Cancellation: We understand that plans can change. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per person.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your reservation without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and a fee of $50 per person may be charged.
• Late Arrivals: We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee that your table will be available.
• Large Parties: For parties of 8 or more, a credit card may be required to secure the reservation. A pre-set menu may also be required for large parties to ensure efficient service. A cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the booking time. The fee will be discussed at the time of the reservation.

3. Dining Policies

To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all our guests, we have established the following dining policies:

• Dress Code: We encourage smart casual attire. While we want you to be comfortable, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing overly casual clothing such as beachwear or athletic wear.
• Outside Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made for special dietary needs or celebratory cakes with prior arrangement. A corkage fee may apply for outside wines.
• Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation or upon arrival. Our chefs will do their best to accommodate your needs. However, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free of allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination in our kitchen.
• Conduct: We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in such behavior.
• Service Charge: A discretionary service charge of 20% may be added to the bill for parties of 6 or more.

4. Menu and Pricing

Our menu is subject to change without notice, depending on the availability of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Prices are listed on our menu and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Gourmet Delights or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gourmet Delights shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website, services, or dining experiences. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our liability for any claim related to your dining experience is limited to the amount you paid for the meal.
